The Orange Order in County Armagh has urged all unionists
not to surrender to the demands of Sinn Fein-I.R.A. for a
place in the future government of Northern Ireland without
advance arms decommissioning and a meaningul sign of remorse
and repentance for past terrorist atrocities committed.
The County Armagh Grand Orange Lodge, at its annual meeting
in Killen near Armagh last night, unanimously approved a resolution
which reiterated the present 'No Guns, No Government' policy
of the Grand Orange Lodge of Ireland and the Ulster Unionist
Party.
In a statement, the Armagh Orange leaders, who represent
the county's 11 districts, further called upon all unionists
to ensure that in all their affairs they were worthy of their
heritage and they honour the Scriptures in all things.
