Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta . We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
All items delivered to a United Kingdom address will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Deliveries to all other destinations will be dispatched by Surface Mail or Airmail.

Please select your preferred method of despatch during the purchase process.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International Airmail orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For General Souvenirs, Crystal and Publications our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We accept the return of Audio and Video items only if they are in their original condition.

You can always return items if they are defective.

If you return an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

To return an item please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the item securely and send the package to us. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
